Preorders open every Monday morning for the current calendar week. Pickup time slots start at 8am and go until 12:30PM every 30 minutes. Time slots are chosen at checkout on HotPlate, and are strictly adhered to. We do not do preorders further out than the current week, and we do not take special requests (but we do love flavor suggestions!)
